Using the Document Attachments Expansion

(HELP ?) Circles provide narratives on Training, Explanations, and Hints. These can be related to the overall screen, or to specific items on the screen.

In the "Other Information" quadrant on the right side of the Profile screen, just below the "Wall Monitoring" label, is an [+ Attachments] silver button. It appears only in the Administrative module but not in the Member Portal module.

Clicking the [+ Attachments] silver button will take you to the Documents Attachment screen. On that screen you can attach documents to this person's contact record. Later you can review attached documents about this person.

You can attach Word documents, PDF's, etc. For example, your pastor or staff could have some private notes in a password-protected Word document. You can link that to this person, but only the person with the Word document password could access it to read it. Another example would be if you do background checks on people who will work with children, and if it comes in electronic form, you can attach it to the person's record.
