This “global change” updates the database for all active records. It sets the active records to either “Show Username/Password” or “Hide Username/Password”.



You can select records (people) with the [Search/Select] icon and then change all of them in one operation to have their Username/Password either shown on the Profile screen or hidden from showing on the Profile screen.



** Important:



The global change affects all “active” records. Be sure to select the records you want so that only those records will appear on the Home Control Panel. If you do not select the proper records with the [Search/Select] icon, you could end up applying the global change to “ALL” people and not just the ones you intended.
